Shipping Policy
At Domi Creations Shop, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
All of our items are handmade and personalized with care. Please allow up to 7 business days for production from the time your order is placed. Production time may vary depending on the item and the volume of current orders.
Once your order is completed, it will be shipped via the selected shipping method at checkout. Shipping times are in addition to production time and depend on the carrier and your location.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the unique and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
Exceptions:
We will gladly replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if there was an error on our part. If you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Proofing Required:
Before production, customers will receive a design proof for approval. Please review your proof carefully. We are not responsible for errors (such as spelling, dates, or design choices) that were approved by the customer.
